Uncanny Valley has been providing an uncensored and commission-free gallery space to the artists of Western Colorado since 2014.

Founded by Matt Goss, Uncanny Valley provides Grand Junction and its surrounding areas an art space that is set apart from traditional art galleries. At Uncanny Valley, our core belief in commission-free art sales means that every penny that is spent on art at Uncanny Valley goes directly to the artists! Our Commission-Free policy also allows our artists to price their art without having to increase the price to cover what a normal gallery's commission would be.

Our mission is to help improve the collective art scene in every way we can, work with other nonprofit organizations, and as always we will continue to provide local artists with a censorship and commission free environment!

All Gallery members pitch in a small monthly due that goes directly to covering our gallery lease and operating expenses to keep us a self sustaining gallery space.

We host monthly Art Show every First Friday of the Month, as well as many more pop-up art shows and events throughout the month. All Uncanny Valley members also have the opportunity to use our gallery space to teach classes and demos.
